To ensure a smooth process, here’s how wholesale orders work at Lula:
- Minimum order quantities apply.
- Full upfront payment is required for all wholesale orders
- Products are supplied with LULA branding unless co-branding is requested.
- Custom branding is outsourced and quoted separately.
- Buyers must supply correct vector artwork for branding before quoting can be requested
- Branding affects lead times. Please make sure you take this into consideration.

How do I apply/ enquire for wholesale or corporate gifts?
To keep things efficient and aligned, all wholesale orders start with an application. This gives us an idea of what your needs are so that we can best assist.
Once your application (see from below) is reviewed, you’ll receive:

What are your typical lead times & delivery options?
- Lead times depend on order size and customisation. We will confirm this with you once quotes have been accepted and you are ready to place your order.
- Local delivery available across South Africa via a 3rd party Courier Service.
- Collection from Strand can be arranged by prior agreement
- We prioritise clear communication and realistic timelines.
Can I mix products within one wholesale order?
Yes.
You may mix different products and sizes within a single order, as long as minimum quantities are met per product or size.
What if I'm not sure I want to place a bulk order yet?
If you’re still exploring options:

We prioritise repeat orders and consistency.
While exact fabrics may vary depending on availability, sizing, construction and overall look remain consistent for our standard ranges.
Are your products suitable for resale pricing?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is structured to allow for standard retail mark-ups while remaining accessible to end customers.
Can I request samples before placing a wholesale order for my shop?
Samples may be purchased at retail price (shipping for your account).
These are subject to availability, and lead times depend on specific product, branding (in the case of corporate orders).
What happens if there’s an issue with my order?
If there’s a problem with your order, please contact us within a specified timeframe after delivery so we can resolve it promptly.
Can you develop a product for us?
We’re happy to explore custom product development for suitable projects.
Requests that fall outside our existing product range — including new designs, new formats or structural changes — are treated as product development and may incur a development fee.
This fee covers time & materials (within reason), and may be credited against confirmed production orders.
Wholesale purchasing is selecting from what already exists as part of our range.
Product development is creating something new.
