Shipping policy

 

Lula Handmade aims to ship all retail orders within 1-3 working days.

We make use of 3rd party shipping providers to ship your parcel to you.

We therefore ask you to please ensure that you have:

1. Provided us with a FULL and CORRECT shipping/delivery address so that your order can reach you safely and quickly.

2. Have made sure that you have provided us with a contact telephone/cellphone number so that both us and the shipping provider can contact you regarding your parcel.

3. Take note that shipping timeframes stated refer to shipping to Main Centers in South Africa and that shipping to Outlying Areas may take a day or 2 longer.
